Wine is liquid art.  A lover of wine, or Oenophile, will tell you that no drink boasts as rich a culture, history or expression as wine.  Wine, or some version of it, has been consumed since the dawn of man by every civilization.  We pour wine to celebrate our joys and accentuate our elation.  We relish in drinking wine, whether with family and friends or relaxing in solitude at the end of a fulfilling (or less than fulfilling) workday.  Especially when paired with a delicious meal, there is a wine for any and every occasion.

We like wine and we like the idea of wine, but not everyone is a wine snob. Some of us are novices who just want to enjoy the experience and immerse ourselves in each glass. A neophyte should be able to indulge in the same experience as the most prominent wine connoisseur.  Wine is meant to be enjoyed without feeling the need to decipher a points rating. 

EnoNeo was founded on the premise that you don’t need to be a wine snob to take pleasure in a glass of wine. We are focused on creating the most well suited set of experiences for the uninitiated and un(wine)sophisticated. For each offering, we will visit the vineyards and our sommelier will select wines for you to indulge in. 

With each bottle, take an excursion from the vineyard to your taste buds, transition from novelty to casual familiarity.  Learn the difference between a Syrah and a Sangiovese.  Join a journey of discovery without the haughty pretension the sometimes comes with wine connoisseurs.

Our Sommelier will lead us, as we journey from vineyard to vineyard. As part of this journey, we will provide extensive insight into the vast world of wine.  In addition to the recipe pairings, we will be producing videos, and articles on our blog, to share our experiences as we learn with you.  Our hope, is that over the course of these experiences, your sophistication with wine will increase.

​In this journey, we recognize that everyone will not be moving at the same pace, so we have made sure to include flexibility into the plans.  If you need to skip a month – that's no problem. You can easily update your account, call or email us!

As much as we would love to, we can’t make any guarantees.  The truth is, this is a journey of discovery.  While we will introduce you to great vineyards and great wines, each person’s palate is different. That means that some wines you will absolutely love, others, not so much.
